MCSA Support for Permanent Fentanyl Scheduling

Below is a letter sent to Committee on the Judiciary (dated November 28, 2022) from the Major County Sheriffs of America, urging the permanent extension of the the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) class wide scheduling authority for fentanyl-related substances, before the temporary scheduling authority expires on December 31, 2022.
