Major County Sheriffs 2019 Election of Officers

MCSA held elections for two Executive Board officer positions during the membership meeting of the 2019 Winter Conference. Middles County Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian was elected by the membership to the position of Vice President. Sheriff Koutoujian will assume the MCSA President’s position in January 2020. Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman was elected as Vice President for Homeland Security.

Additionally, Pima County Sheriff Mark Napier was appointed as Chairman of the Border Security Committee, Hennepin County Sheriff Dave Hutchinson was appointed as Chairman of the Technology Committee and Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon was appointed Sergeant of Arms.
