In MCSA member news, Sheriff Mark D. Napier of Pima County, Arizona was unanimously elected on October 3, 2019 to serve as the Vice Chair of the Executive Board of the Arizona High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA). He will begin serving a one-year term and then will move to the Chair position.
