Major County Sheriffs of America (MCSA) represents over 100 of the nation’s largest sheriff’s offices.  MCSA strongly opposes any effort by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to establish a police department to remove the enforcement powers Sheriff Chapman of the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office was elected to perform.  Please see our resolution below.
